Working Shift Pattern: 4 out of 7 days, 08:00 - 18:00 or 11:00 - 21:00 or 12:00 - 22:00

To carry out all aspects of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance within the Park to the highest possible quality levels ensuring the agreed standards are met.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high quality maintenance.
  • Work to maintenance plans to ensure high standards of product availability, operational presentation and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support and information to all maintenance teams and other departments.
  • Consider other departments' requirements and provide guidance and support as appropriate.
  • Ensure the maintenance team work within all relevant legislation, guidelines and code of practice and that all procedures are adhered to.
  • Worksheets are completed detailing exact nature of work carried out.
  • Carry out fault diagnosis on all equipment as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A craft qualification such as a recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent to City & Guilds 2350 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2.
  • The current wiring regulations qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2381-18 Level 3 Award (18th Edition).
  • Valid and in date Grade card/CSCS Card or equivalent qualification.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • An Inspection & Testing qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2391-52 Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations.
