About The Role:

To assist and support the CBU Operations Managers to deliver a comprehensive service to our clients.

This will suit an individual with a strong mechanical or electrical background.

To participate in PPM & Reactive tasks within their relevant skillset as and when required.

To provide first line support to their Line Manager and liaise with clients and engineer pool to ensure smooth delivery of services across contracts.

Work Pattern

Monday to Friday 08.00 to 16.30 hours. On call optional currently one in twelve weeks. Overtime where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide assistance to CBU engineers where required.
  • To arrange & provide holiday and sickness cover for the CBU team as required.
  • Produce reports as required by their line Manager.
  • Assist with the updating and reporting of the monthly paymech.
  • Assist the CBU commercial team with development of detailed quotations for additional works.
  • To ensure there are no gaps with regards to statutory maintenance tasks for all CBU contracts.
  • Where required, participate in the on call and unsocial work requirements to support the ongoing delivery of the contract.
  • To have an awareness of asset management and assist with the mobilisation of new contracts.
  • Arrange workloads of engineers and ensure completion of both planned and reactive tasks in a timely manner.
  • Development and mentoring of apprentices.
  • Is willing to work overtime to support the needs of the business.
