OCS Projects is seeking a National Pre-Construction Manager to join our Manchester Hub Leadership Team and expand the National Pre-Construction function.
You will lead pre-construction, client development and bid activity across key national accounts, including BBC, Home Office and other strategic customers.
You will collaborate with clients, FM Account Teams and Project Delivery Teams to identify, develop and convert project opportunities while supporting continued growth of OCS Projects.
