About The Role:

Main Purpose: Team administration support to the design and operations teams. This at times can also be a client facing role and an ability to interact with various levels of the client team is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Primarily working with the design and operations team providing administrative support to the team and clients.
  • Answer incoming calls, redirect and handle queries.
  • Document management and control using MS office.
  • Support with customer and team queries.
  • Arranging installation appointments via phone calls and Emails.
  • Quality Control Support; filing and uploading test results and quality reports.
  • Record keeping and administrative support adding text to drawings and location plans.
  • Raising invoices to clients.

  • Have an organised and structured approach to work.
  • Computer literate.
  • Work well in a team.
  • Do all you can within your role, to make others in the team and external customer’s jobs easier.
