OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Front of House Catering Supervisor to join our contract catering team. Shift pattern is Monday to Friday 06:30am - 2pm, overseeing day-to-day FOH operations, menu planning, quality control, and customer service across dining areas.
You will lead the FOH team, train staff, manage stock and costs, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain high presentation standards while delivering a friendly, efficient guest experience.
