About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Varied

Key responsibilities:

  • To carry out works scheduled by the supervisor or line manager in a timely, safe manner.
  • Perform comprehensive deep cleaning for various surfaces, including carpets, hard floors, upholstery and kitchens deep cleaning.
  • Use specialised equipment (provided by the company) and techniques to effectively remove dirt, stains, and allergens.
  • Follow established schedules to conduct periodic deep cleaning tasks as per client requests.
  • Execute high-level vacuuming in areas such as ceiling voids, vents, and other elevated surfaces to ensure thorough cleanliness utilising Sky Vac equipment.
  • Respond to various specialized cleaning requests as directed by management or clients, adapting techniques and equipment as needed.
  • Be available for emergency call-outs, responding promptly to urgent cleaning needs in various locations.
  • Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
  • Follow client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors.
  • Report any customer complaints or compliments and take some remedial action if at all possible. Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities to the Line Manager/ supervisor.

You will meet the following criteria:

  • Must have right to work in the UK.
  • You must hold a full UK Driving License.
  • You will have experience in window cleaning and ideally in working at heights and high buildings.
  • You must have the ability to work well on your own, be self-sufficient and motivated whilst also being comfortable working as part of a team and following instruction.
  • A professional attitude.
