Manchester Arndale is seeking a highly experienced culinary professional for a position supporting the Head Chef/Chef Manager. This role involves menu planning, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring high culinary standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have proven contract catering experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage teams. A Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent is mandatory.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 06:30am to 14:30pm.
