About The Role

Shift Pattern: Wednesday 15:00 - 22:00, Thursday 15:00 - 22:00, Friday 22:00 - 06:30, Saturday 22:00 - 06:30 and Sunday 22:00 - 06:00.

As a Cleaning Operative at OCS, you will play a crucial role in providing safe, clean environments in which our customers can thrive in their workspaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tidying up work areas, cleaning floors and communal areas.
  • Hands-on physical tasks that may require standing for periods of time, such as vacuuming carpeted areas, sweeping, mopping, litter picking, emptying bins, general outside cleaning and potentially washroom cleaning.
  • If site cleaning occurs in open, public spaces, you may assist customers with queries related to cleaning or reported incidents.
  • Complete all relevant Health & Safety records and attend training courses when needed.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Smart phone required to use the Timegate Time and Attendance system to record time in and out when scheduled to work, as well as to log cleaning entries.
  • Background in cleaning is advantageous, but full training is provided and required.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
  • Happy to work in all weathers.
