About the Role
Key Responsibilities:- Reactive and proactive plumbing work including the service, maintenance of Mechanical Equipment, ranging from AHUs, FCUs, to Boiling Tap systems
- Completion of time records and compliance documentation
- Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered on-site
- Carry out effective communications with the client and administration team
- Able to be part of a 4-week on call out rota.
About you
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- A full UK driving licence (Essential)
- Experience working on Plumbing and boiler systems either in Commercial or Industrial environments (Essential)
- Good Fault / Problem-solving skills (Essential)
- Excellent mechanical aptitude with experience using a variety of hand tools (Essential)
- Experience working with Zip Taps and other boiling water dispensers (Desirable)
