OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to support facilities management in an educational building. The role is on-site in Norwich with a rota and call-out every 4 weeks. You should have F-Gas and NVQ HVAC qualifications, plus IPAF/PASMA and a full UK driving license.
Responsibilities include safe operation, preventative and reactive maintenance, and using CAFM for scheduling, while maintaining records and liaising with clients and site staff.
