About The Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Mobile Response Officer to join our team. This dynamic role involves attending alarm activations, performing site inspections, and responding to emergencies to ensure the safety and security of our client’s premises.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to alarm activations and conduct thorough site investigations.
- Perform regular mobile patrols and site checks as directed.
- Complete complex locking and unlocking procedures on our customers sites.
- Ensure all incidents and activities are accurately reported and documented.
- Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter unauthorised activity.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and the control room.
- Conducting vacant property inspections to ensure our customers are insurance complaint.
Requirements:
- A valid SIA Licence (Essential).
- A full UK driving licence with a good driving record (Essential).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.
Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858)
