About The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team at OCS as a Mobile cleaning Supervisor, as a supervisor at OCS you will be at the front line of the operation and play a key role in the management and delivery of service to our client. Working closely with the Duty Manager you’ll oversee cleaning and associated duties for the team and make sure tasks are carried out to the required standards.
You will need to be able to effectively and accurately deliver instructions and training to your team, so being an excellent communicator is a must as well as being able to identify improvements and successes within your team.
Shift Pattern:
Varied shift rota - 10pm to 6am
Key responsibilities:
- Driving Licence required as you will need to drive colleagues around London (Company Vehicle supplied)
- Desire to lead a team and oversee tasks
- Flexible with working hours and days
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize work load
- Excellent communication skills
- Focusedwith good attention to detail
- Can-Do and happy to help attitude
- Comfortable delivering instructions
- Good knowledgeof Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Work, Excel, etc)
- Must have the right the work in the UK
Desirable:
- Understanding of COSH and risk assessment
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Previous experience working in cleaning
- Previous experience of working with member of the public
- Passing GSCE Grades (or equivalent) in: English, Maths

- You may be required to undergo a medical and drug and alcohol test prior to starting, as well as during your employment
