Casual Minibus Driver role based at East Midlands Airport. You will be transporting flight crew to and from the base and aircraft.
Role details:
- You will be working 12-hour shifts, on a casual basis, both days and nights, so please consider this before you apply. There would be guaranteed shifts every month.
- Day shift: Start 05:00 - Finish 17:00
- Night shift: Start 17:00 - Finish 05:00
Main Duties:
- Safely transporting flight crew to and from the base and aircraft.
- Loading crew bags into the vehicle.
- Ensuring the vehicles are in good working condition and kept clean.
- Completing daily vehicle checks and recording results accordingly.
What you’ll need:
- Full UK/EU driving licence
- 5 year checkable work history, to obtain an airside pass
- The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- Pre-employment screening, including 5 years of employee reference checking
- Valid UK driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years
- Ability to communicate with people and colleagues at all levels
- Previous airport driving experience is desirable
