About The Role: Overall Purpose of the Role To prepare, prime and top coat lattice steel towers to a high standard, report your completed works accurately and in a timely fashion. Working in all weathers throughout the year.
Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role:
- Safety – following OCS RAMS and completing dynamic risk assessments
- Painting Towers – Carrying equipment to and up lattice steel towers and completing works as issued by the Site Manager including but not limited to the preparation, priming and top coating of towers
- Call in Near Miss and Hazard reports
- Complete Site Paperwork via App system
- Carrying out safety checks of kit and vehicles
- Complete other tasks as required
Critical Performance Measures (CPMs) / Objectives:
- Complete duties to Client and OCS specification
- Ensure sites are left clean and tidy when work is completed (daily and at the end of the job)
- Follow wayleave agreements
- Follow all supplied paperwork including but not limited to: Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH sheets
- Ensure all waste is returned to the site yard and segregated appropriately in the skips provided
- Ensure all work is completed on time
Experience:
- Must have Full UK Drivers Licence
- Must be willing and able to work outdoor in exposed locations in all weather
- Must have a head for heights
