OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Night Cleaning Operations Leader to manage night-time cleaning across multiple Manchester rail depots (Polamdie, Longsigh, Edgehill, Oxley and Wembley).
You will ensure trains are cleaned safely, efficiently, and to contract standards, leading a team to meet SLAs.
You will oversee staffing, rotas, training, safety checks, audits, and continuous improvement, working with depot management and client to resolve issues and drive operational excellence.
