About The Role
Days of Working: Variable shifts dependent upon business needs - 4 on 4 off.
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Security Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our highly trained, professional security team within a large Venue. You will be responsible for the protection, security and safety of visitors and the building.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a first line support to employees and visitors to the site, providing a professional and friendly service.
- Investigate and report all allegations of loss, theft, criminal damage and other incidents.
- Managing crowd safety and queue management.
- Be aware of and react to emergency situations as detailed in the Incident and Emergency Plans.
- Deterring anti-social behaviour, theft and criminal activity.
Ideal Candidate
- Must have Right to Work in the UK.
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence is essential.
- Experience of working within the security industry/environment is an advantage.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience in a public facing, customer service role with the ability to deal with challenging situations.
- The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
