Shift Pattern: 5 in 7, mobile chef role to cover various shifts over different days.

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and driven Mobile Relief Chef to join our Catering team. You’ll support our teams based on sites across the region and will need to have an autonomous approach to meet client needs with regards to food themes and events. You’ll have the use of a company vehicle or can claim mileage allowance.

Key Responsibilities
  • To create daily menus that wow our customers, keep up with current food trends and look after our customers' wellbeing and nutrition.
  • To promote the use of sustainability and be mindful of carbon footprint.
  • Ensure the kitchen operates at our high company and legal standards.
  • Ensure all allergy and nutrition data is compliant.
  • Food preparation, ordering, stock management.
Ideal Candidate
  • Must have right to work in the UK.
  • Must be willing to travel as part of the job role.
  • Experience as a Chef with a proven track record.
  • Significant kitchen experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of managing the preparation & cooking of fresh food in a fast-paced environment.
