About the Role

Working Pattern: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update training matrix.
  • Input completed training onto excel training matrix.
  • Manage client inductions.
  • Support with and conduct OCS inductions, including face fit testing.
  • Work closely with Technical Trainer to maintain high standards of training.
  • Book and manage on-line training.
  • Carry out internal group training.
  • Train out OPL’s / Toolbox Talks to teams.
  • Book and manage external training such as MEWP’s, FLT and Confined Spaces.
  • Book and manage OCS training such as First Aid, Fire warden, IOSH.
  • Work with the Safety & Compliance Team to complete Compliance Audits within manufacturing factories.
  • Support with accident reporting and investigations.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enthusiastic and confident personality with a desire to engage with people.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good time management.
  • Demonstrate a pro-active ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft – particularly excel, word and outlook.
  • IOSH Managing Safely is desirable but not essential and training will be provided.
  • Familiarity within a training environment is desirable but not essential.
