About The Role
Days of Working
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with liaison between the Lifecycle team, subcontractors, the client’s site team and the wider Business Unit.
- Support the monitoring of agreed lifecycle works to ensure they are delivered in line with the agreed programme, working alongside the Lifecycle Project Coordinator and Lifecycle Manager.
- Assist with reviewing site information and, where necessary, cascade updates to the Facilities CAD Technician to ensure records remain accurate.
- Monitor defect remedial works through to completion and final sign-off.
- Review available information to assess whether attendance at site is required.
- Assist with site condition surveys, including investigations, report preparation and the identification of required works.
Essential Hiring Criteria
- Degree or HND-level qualification.
- Electrical, mechanical or built-environment background.
- Previous experience working within a PFI environment.
- Health and safety qualification, such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
