About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday, 09:00am‑17:30pm

Contract Information: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Resourcing Advisor to join our growing internal recruitment team! As Senior Resourcing Advisor, you will play an active and influential role, contributing to the future focus and development of the team, whilst supporting the day‑to‑day operational delivery of recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work together with the Senior Resourcing Manager and Resourcing Partner to deliver and achieve the divisional talent attraction strategy for the relevant business division.
  • Provide hands‑on resourcing support for management roles, business‑critical roles, contract mobilisations and operational sites with a high agency spend.
  • Source / headhunt candidates on job boards, including Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Manage the candidate journey through support with CV shortlisting and interview scheduling.
  • Regular communication with hiring managers to ensure they are provided timely and effective updates on the status of their vacancies with the overall aim to reduce the time to hire.
  • Create partnerships with social value employment partners and work together on effective resourcing plans to support the local communities near our client contracts.
  • Advise hiring managers on premium advertising campaigns to increase vacancy application numbers where appropriate.
  • Utilise our new ‘Application Tracking System’ Eploy and ‘Vendor Management System’ Indeed Flex across the UK&I Group to make data‑driven decisions on recruitment.

About you:

  • You will have experience recruiting in either an agency or in‑house environment.
  • Confident in building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Recruitment experience within Hard Services / Engineering would be desirable.
  • Willing to go above and beyond to achieve great results for the business.
