About the Role
Days of Working: Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Reward, Pension & Benefits Manager you will be responsible for the administration of a wide number of Defined Contribution and Local Government Pension Schemes within OCS Group UK Ltd and smaller divisions.
- Assist with reconciling monthly pension contribution files to submit to pension providers by statutory deadlines.
- Liaise with various stakeholders to submit any pension forms that may be required in relation to starters, leavers and changes to colleague circumstances.
- Monitor pension opt ins and opt outs and undertake relevant action.
- Completing TUPE information documents.
- Providing assistance to payroll for each pay run to ensure accuracy, making contribution adjustments where required.
- Assist with Admitted Body Status applications for Local Government, NHS and Civil Service pension schemes.
- Support in day-to-day pension administration as part of Automatic Enrolment.
- Monitor the shared mailbox and respond to internal and external queries and information requests.
- Ensure all pension end of year forms are submitted to each pension provider in a timely manner complying with any deadlines indicated.
- Working with the team to ensure colleague understanding of pension schemes.
