We deliver innovative, award-winning services within facilities management, hard services, cleaning, security and catering. Our mission is to make people and places the best they can be for our colleagues, customers and the communities we serve. Our commitment to doing business the right way is rooted in our TRUE values – Trust, Respect, Unity, and Empowerment.

About The Role

Are you passionate about delivering a seamless people experience during times of change? Do you thrive in a role where every day brings new partnerships, challenges and opportunities to make a real impact? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with TUPE experience who enjoys working at pace, collaborating with operational leaders and guiding stakeholders through complex processes with confidence.

As one of our Senior HR Advisors (TUPE), you’ll be part of a team with other Senior Advisors and TUPE Coordinators, and you’ll report into the TUPE Lead as part of our wider HR Operations team. You’ll become an expert for all things TUPE – supporting both incoming (gain) and outgoing (loss) transfers. You’ll shape the employee experience through thoughtful consultation, clear communication and meticulous data handling, ensuring a smooth transition for everyone involved.

From reviewing Employee Liability Information (ELI) data and identifying risks, to collaborating with other internal teams, preparing documentation, and supporting mobilisation and demobilisation meetings, you’ll play a vital part in delivering organised, compliant and people‑focused TUPE processes. You’ll also collaborate closely with HR colleagues, operational teams and internal terms to keep everything running effortlessly behind the scenes.

If you're someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and becoming a trusted advisor, this role offers plenty of opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities

  • TUPE Gain
    • Provide expert TUPE guidance to Operations and act as a trusted advisor throughout the process.
    • Liaise with outgoing contractors, review ELI data, spot risks and coordinate timely resolutions.
    • Prepare essential TUPE documentation including scripts, letters, measures and welcome packs.
    • Attend mobilisation meetings and give clear, concise updates.
    • Support consultation training sessions and collaborate with teams such as Timegate, HR Support and TUPE Admin.
    • Work proactively to ensure new starters have seamless onboarding, including right‑to‑work and DBS checks.
  • TUPE Loss
    • Advise Operations teams on TUPE compliance and best practice during service transitions.
    • Work professionally with incoming suppliers to ensure smooth communication and aligned processes.
    • Oversee medium and large‑scale TUPE losses, including data reviews, rep elections and contractor queries.
    • Produce consultation materials and support regional HR teams with training resources.
    • Attend demobilisation meetings and provide informed updates and recommendations.
  • General
    • Uphold the organisation’s values, acting with integrity, diligence and professionalism.
    • Promote equality, diversity, sustainability and data security in all aspects of the role.
    • Demonstrate independence, good judgement and a commitment to positive outcomes for employees and stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

  • Essential
    • Strong attention to detail, process driven and a “get things finished” mindset.
    • TUPE knowledge, previous HR Advisory experience and confidence advising managers.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate multiple internal and external stakeholders.
    • Comfortable working with data and confident using Excel.
  • Desirable
    • CIPD Level 3 or above.

Why join us?

  • A role with real influence and visibility across the organisation.
  • Variety every day – no two TUPE processes are ever the same.
  • A supportive team, committed to professional growth and continuous improvement.
  • Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office) with flexibility around home‑working where you have a suitable workspace.

We are an equal opportunities employer and rely on a diverse workforce with a broad range of knowledge, skills and backgrounds to deliver our goals.
