About The Role
Hours per week: Two vacancies. Shift pattern 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Shift pattern 2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly contract reports as required by Contract Management Team.
- Liaise with the Operational, Commercial and Helpdesk teams.
- Raise quotes based on agreed rates with our client and send them to the relevant centre for approval.
- Ordering supplies and equipment for sites.
- Managing data and shared spreadsheets to provide information to clients as required.
- Assist with general operational recruitment tasks.
- Assist with the security vetting of employees.
- Ideal Candidate
You will be a highly motivated, self starter who can work autonomously and deliver against tight deadlines.
You'll enjoy working with data and delight in providing relevant and accurate reporting to support operational decision making.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office 365 skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An interest in data analysis & reporting from multiple data sources.
