About The Role:

Location: IP3 9SJ
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Operations Control Room Officer to join our team. This critical role involves monitoring security operations, coordinating responses, and ensuring seamless communication between field teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies, and alarm activations.
- Maintain clear communication with mobile response teams, site officers, and clients.
- Log incidents, activities, and shift updates accurately in the control room systems.
- Ensure compliance with operational protocols and procedures.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding site activities and incidents.
- Act as the central point of contact for all security operations during your shift.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a control room or operations environment (Preferred).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and security software.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights.
- A valid SIA Licence (Essential).
- Knowledge of Glasgow and surrounding areas (Preferred).
- Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858).
