About The Role:

Days of Working - Primarily Monday - Friday core hours, with flexible working requirements for Duty Manager rotation at weekends. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Operations Manager to oversee and enhance security operations across multiple locations. The successful candidate will ensure the safety of people, property, and assets while maintaining a consistently high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the security team, ensuring high performance and compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Recruit, train, and manage security personnel, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor, investigate, and report on security incidents, ensuring timely responses.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain service excellence and address concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and manage security budgets as required.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a security management role.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions in challenging situations.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a valid SIA Licence.

Additional Requirements:
