About The Role

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • To undertake maintenance duties as required, making sure all reports are accurately completed within specific time frames.
  • To produce accurate documentation as required and keep up–to–date records of statutory inspections.
  • Undertake minor quoted works from the initial outset, through installation to completion as required whilst completing all required test certification.
  • Ensuring all employees are aware of their obligations under the Health & Safety policy.

What are we looking for?

  • NVQ Level 3 within Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical / HVAC or Equivalent Qualification.
  • ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A as a minimum.
  • Experience working within Facilities Management / Building Services.
  • Good team member with excellent communications skills with all levels of the workforce.
  • Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation.
  • First Aid.
  • CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
  • Air Handling Unit experience is necessary.

Desirable but not essential

  • ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications CCN, CENWAT, CPA as a minimum.
  • City and Guilds 2079–1 F–Gas Category 1.
  • City and Guilds th Edition.
