We are currently recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager to join our passionate and driven Retail Cleaning team.
Key Responsibilities
- Have the day‑to‑day responsibility for quality performance on various contractual elements
- Assist in the management and monitoring of the operation of the contract and ensure compliance with the contract specification.
- Respond to any reasonable request of the company or clients.
- Lead and motivate a team
- Apply quality control procedures to ensure the maintenance of high standards of service.
- Assist in effective management within budgetary constraints.

- Ability to travel from site to site as required to meet the needs of the business.
- Flexible to undertake cleaning activities to support their team.
- This role involves using digital tools to manage working hours (time and attendance), absences, and payslips. Applicants should have access to a smart phone device capable of downloading work‑related applications (such as Timegate+) and an email address for communication and portal access.
