About The Role
Days of working: 4 on 4 off night shifts
OCS is seeking a professional and experienced Mobile Security Supervisor to join our team. This role involves supervising security officers across multiple sites, conducting patrols, and ensuring the safety and security of clients, staff, and premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support security officers, ensuring duties are carried out effectively across different sites.
- Conduct site patrols, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Maintain a visible security presence and respond promptly to security-related incidents.
- Liaise with clients and management to ensure service excellence.
- Train, mentor, and develop security staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage shift scheduling, report preparation, and key control procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence.
- Proven experience in security, with a supervisory or leadership background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
- Excellent report writing and computer literacy.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
Additional Requirements
All successful applicants will be required to undergo screening and vetting in line with BS7858 standards.
