About The Role
- WORKING HOURS -
- 40 hrs per week - Monday to Friday with a 1 in 6 duty manager rotation
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive
- Regional Operations
Manager to oversee and enhance security operations across multiple locations.
The successful candidate will ensure the safety of people, property, and assets while maintaining a consistently high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the security team, ensuring high performance and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Recruit, train, and manage security personnel, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor, investigate, and report on security incidents, ensuring timely responses.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain service excellence and address concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and manage security budgets as required.
About You
- Proven experience in a security management role.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions in challenging situations.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a valid
SIA Licence .
Additional Requirements
All successful applicants will be required to undergo screening and vetting in line with BS7858 standards.
