About The Role

  • Days of Working: Variable shifts dependent upon business needs - a mix of early and late shifts on a 2‑week rolling rota.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • To carry out plumbing duties on site as and when required.
    • To provide a technical engineering service with the minimum of supervision to the OCS FM client in respect of mechanical servicing, repairs, maintenance and installation.
    • To undertake the service and maintenance of other assets/trades that were deemed competent to do so.
    • To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
    • Working in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation.
    • To ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Applicant must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Candidates must have the relevant certifications and qualifications required to meet the requirements of this position.
  • NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing.
  • Previous experience working within Facilities/Maintenance.
  • Ability to use electronic handheld devices.
  • Experience in L8 Legionnaire compliance including testing.
