About The Role: Shift Pattern: 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 1 off pattern. Shifts will be mixture of early and late 6am - 3pm and 1pm - 10pm.
Key responsibilities:
- To carry out a range of reactive tasks across multitrade disciplines (except electrics).
- To undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
- To ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards.
- Working in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation.
- Where necessary to support team leaders/managers with contractor escorts/access.
Candidate requirements:
- Applicant must have the right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience working within Facilities/Maintenance.
- Qualifications in a building trade desirable but not essential.
- Ability to use electronic handheld devices.
- Must have experience with statutory and non-statutory compliance PPMs.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
