About The Role
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6am β 2pm. (Occasional 5am start, but would finish at 1pm).
We are looking for an External Cleaner for one of our sites within OCS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employees will be responsible for carrying out various on-site duties as needed to support daily operations. This includes assisting with the preparation for site tours and visits, ensuring all areas are presentable and meet the required standards. Regular maintenance of the site, along with completing small tasks to enhance its overall appearance, will be essential in maintaining a consistently high standard at all times.
- The use of MEWP\βs and Cherry Pickers will be required on occasions to clean high-level areas.
- General maintenance and housekeeping duties will be required on occasion. These will include gritting the car parks and walkways, the painting of walkways, barriers, internal and external areas.
- The management of waste skips around site ensuring they are emptied into the correct waste stream larger skips on a regular basis.
- The cutting down of waste reels using the high-pressure water hose.
- Keep the area in a safe and to an organised standard. Use forklift trucks with bale and reel handling attachments to move around the waste reels and material.
- Take responsibility for the daily cleanliness of the broke bays, slabbing area and Top Yard storage locations.
- FLT License and IPAF desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
