Shift Pattern: Working 5 days out of 7 - including some weekends.
We are looking for a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join the Facilities Engineering team at Thorpe Park Resort. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a large, dynamic team responsible for maintaining and servicing the resort’s air conditioning systems across multiple areas.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing of all air conditioning systems across the resort.
- Diagnose and repair faults on AC units and associated equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and relevant regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other engineers and departments to minimize downtime and maintain guest comfort.
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer or similar role.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent).
- F-Gas certification (essential).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience within electrical works in addition to air conditioning is an advantage.
