About The Role:
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to security threats.
- Conduct regular patrols, access control, and incident management.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activities.
- Ensure accurate reporting of all incidents and maintain detailed logs.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and emergency services when required.
- Operate CCTV systems in line with GDPR and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid SIA Security Licence and SIA CCTV Licence.
- Previous experience in security and CCTV operations is preferred.
- Strong observational and analytical skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
Successful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858)
