OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a time-served Fabric Engineer to join our Midlands-area contracts, delivering general maintenance, statutory checks and fabric maintenance within a facilities management setting. You will engage with clients to provide practical solutions while maintaining a professional appearance; flexibility for early starts and late finishes to minimise disruption will be required.
Key duties include completing Reactive Works orders and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
