Responsibilities
- Safely transfer passengers and travelling companions to and from the terminal and aircraft.
- Provide physical assistance by lifting passengers into and out of aircraft seats using aids as appropriate.
- Assist with passenger’s baggage as required.
- Ensure boarding checks are completed in line with airline requirements.
- Ensure vehicle checks are completed and recorded prior to usage.
- Actively check that all seat belts are worn by all passengers and drivers.
Qualifications
- Must have Right to Work in the UK.
- Required to pass pre-employment screening, including 5 years of employee reference checking.
- Valid UK Drivers Licence held for a minimum of 3 years.
- Ability to communicate with people and colleagues at all levels.
- Previous experience within driving at an airport is desirable.
