We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and hardworking Housekeeping/Food Service Assistant to join our team. This dual‑role position plays a key part in ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and providing high‑quality food service for residents/guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Service Duties: Serve freshly prepared meals and refreshments, providing attentive table service. Ensure dining areas are clean, organised, and welcoming before, during, and after service. Carry out general kitchen duties, including washing dishes and maintaining hygienic working conditions. Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Housekeeping Duties: Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, conference rooms, and communal areas to a high standard. Carry out daily and deep cleaning tasks as required. Complete in‑house laundry duties, ensuring items are washed, dried, and stored appropriately. Report any maintenance issues or concerns promptly.
