About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 7am-4pm

OCS are excited to be recruiting for aHorticultural Operative to join one of our key contracts.

Duties will include:
  • Planting and upkeep of plants and trees.
  • Maintaining of the grounds
  • Use of gardening equipment and machinery
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own.
  • Driving license required
  • All other duties as requested from Supervisor and management/Client.
To be considered for this role you must have:
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Reliable
  • To be able to work on your own, but also efficiently as past or a team
  • Comfortable with using heavy machinery
  • Experience within a similar role is preferred
