We are looking for an experienced window cleaner to work in and around Coventry. The position is Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm (with some flexibility as required). A company van is provided for work purposes only.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out works scheduled by the supervisor or line manager in a timely and safe manner.
- Check the condition of equipment regularly, ensuring it is in safe working order and serviced.
- Report any faults to supervisor/management.
- Comply with all Company and Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
- Follow client/company guidelines for identifying and reporting health and safety hazards such as blocked or locked fire doors.
- Report customer complaints, compliments, and any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities to the Line Manager or supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- Right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience in window cleaning, ideally at heights and on high buildings.
- Ability to work well independently, be self-sufficient and motivated, and also work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Professional attitude.
