  • Manage multidisciplinary mechanical, electrical and associated building-services works.
  • Manage project programmes, budgets, variations, commercial reporting and WIP.
  • Identify project risks and work with Commercial teams to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate commissioning, inspections and testing.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage project completion and handover, ensuring all relevant documentation is provided.

About You

Essential

  • Proven experience delivering M&E and construction projects within Facilities Management, Hard Services or building services.
  • Strong practical knowledge and experience of CDM Regulations.
  • Construction project management experience, including delivering works within live or occupied environments.
  • Experience coordinating the design process and delivering design-and-build projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of M&E and building services.

  • Five-day Site Managers Safety course or equivalent.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Experience managing project budgets, commercial reporting and WIP.
  • Full UK driving licence.

  • PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management qualification.
  • Experience delivering complex projects within live FM environments.

We are an equal opportunities employer and rely on a diverse workforce with a broad range of knowledge, skills, and backgrounds to deliver our goals. We offer an inclusive and welcoming environment and actively encourage applications from all individuals regardless of race, gender, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
