About The Role

Days of Working: Variable shifts dependent upon business needs. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, their premises, and the public. This role requires vigilance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond promptly and effectively to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional and friendly reception service.
  • Manage access control for staff, visitors, and contractors.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
  • Assist with general enquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all security procedures and protocols.
  • Complete vehicle and foot site patrols.

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid SIA Frontline Licence (essential).
  • Previous experience in a concierge or reception role (essential and to be evidenced in application).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varied 8 to 12-hour shifts on days.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
