About The Role
OCS Security is seeking a Security Systems Engineer to maintain and enhance our relationships with esteemed clients in multiple sectors including Public, Private, Construction, Retail and Sports venues. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on the maintenance and servicing of intruder alarm, CCTV and access control systems, with some work on panic/affray alarms, nurse call and EVCS, and an element of remedial and small works. The selected candidate must work collaboratively with team members and interact with clients and other trades in a professional and tactful manner, thereby positively representing the Company. This role requires regular site visits, emphasising a customer‑centric approach at all times. The Security Engineer will report directly to the Local Service Manager.

- Observing and following company health and safety protocols to contribute to a safe working environment
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of three – five years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience and qualifications with Enterprise solutions including Dahlmeier, Lenel, Synectic, Salto, Gallagher preferred, though not essential.
- Candidates demonstrating a strong aptitude for learning and experience with similar Enterprise solutions will be considered for investment in training.
