About The Role
As a CCTV Controller, you will be responsible for the proactive operation of the CCTV system and other security systems to ensure the safety and security of the site. Reporting to the Security Manager, you will ensure clear and accurate communication, proper incident escalation, and thorough documentation of all activities.
Days of working: Saturday, Sunday
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure clear, accurate communication and transmission of all relevant information
- Follow the correct escalation process for incidents, maintaining running logs in the Operators running logs
- Effectively deploy security resources to handle all incidents and matters arising
- Proactively operate the CCTV system, conducting daily site activity risk assessments and maintaining accurate CCTV records
- Operate the fire alarm system, PA system, VMS, Intruder/Panic Alarms, BMS, ANPR, radio, and phone systems
- Implement emergency procedures in accordance with the Incident and Emergency Plan
- Thoroughly, accurately, and professionally document complaints, incidents involving possible criminal activity, and other daily activities
