About The Role
Days of Working: Monday - Friday, you may be required to work additional hours to meet the needs of the business. As a Catering Administrator, you will work closely with the stores team to ensure food orders are received and entered into the system. You will place orders accurately using online systems and handle bookings for hospitality services across the site. You will also manage food orders through an online meal ordering system. Effective communication with colleagues, clients, and service users is key to ensuring everyone is on the same page about catering tasks and service needs. It’s a role that keeps you organised and connected with the team.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with stores team to ensure food orders are received and input onto the ordering system.
- Placing orders accurately via company and supplier online systems.
- Taking bookings both electronically and manually for hospitality that is provided across all sites.
- Collating patient food ordering via electronic online meal ordering system.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients and service users to ensure an accurate exchange of information about catering tasks and service needs.
Qualifications
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate.
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including PowerPoint presentations.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Full Administration experience, ideally from within a busy office environment.
