About The Role
Days of Working: Various shifts throughout the week, days nights and weekends as per rota.
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain a security presence at our client sites, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers and members of the public
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain PSA standards in relation to code of conduct
- Fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adhering to the requirements of the company’s health and safety policy and health and safety management plans, ensuring the delivery of consistently high standards of customer service
- Adhere to the company’s dress code and wear the correct uniform
The Ideal Candidate
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- Previous experience in a busy security role
- Strong people and customer service skills
- Effective communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work with CCTV systems
- You need to be well presented, punctual and focused on attention to detail
- Current, valid PSA Licence
- Must be able to provide clear and complete 5‑year work history including references
