About The Role:

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - Based on 40 hours per week (Participation in weekend call out rota required).

We are currently recruiting for a Pest Control Technician to support across our client's sites. The role includes a fully expensed company vehicle, PPE, equipment, company uniform & mobile phone. We also offer commission on sales generated from leads.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Carry out preventative pest control visits to a wide spectrum of commercial clients.
  • Responding to reactive call outs to customers' premises.
  • Completion of service reports for each visit.
  • Managing and planning your own diary so that visits are completed within agreed time scales - meeting service level agreements.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • You must hold BPCA accreditation to a minimum of level 2 and have a full UK driving licence.
  • You will be an excellent communicator, skilled at working autonomously.
  • Experience in a wide range of premises would be beneficial.
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
  • A high degree of flexibility in working hours and types of jobs undertaken.
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on call rota and to work overtime when and where required.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and technically competent.
  • Flexibility to meet the needs of the business is essential.
