About The Role:
- Days of Working: Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 16:00
Purpose of the Role: To provide high‑quality administrative, billing, compliance and customer care support across national reactive operations. The role acts as a key link between operational teams, clients and internal departments, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient workflows and excellent customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reactive, PPM and quoted works for billing, ensuring all required information is complete, accurate and submitted within agreed timeframes.
- Collate and issue all supporting documentation, including photographs, warranties and compliance certification, for every billed reactive or quoted job.
- Ensure billing aligns with agreed service levels, rate cards and contractual requirements.
- Maintain organised digital records, trackers and document libraries to support audit readiness and compliance.
- Produce accurate and timely month end reporting for clients, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Support month end payment applications by providing all required documentation and supporting data.
- Manage compliance documentation and warranty details for reactive works, including occupied properties.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes, reduce duplication and improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee and manage job profitability across both reactive and planned occupied works.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Proven experience delivering occupied major works or similar construction / FM projects.
- Ability to interpret specifications, schedules of work and technical documentation.
- Competent in the use of IT systems for reporting, documentation and project controls.
