About The Role

Key Responsibilities include

  • Strategic Planning and Coordination: Meticulously review the Morrisons Daily asset register to encompass all required changes and updates. Ensure all necessary PPM requirements are notified to the PPM Co-ordination team and record all such changes for accuracy and support any internal or external audits.
  • Preparation and Quality Control: Ensure all submitted Asset Change Forms are completed correctly with all required details. Cross-reference these with the necessary NRM and SFG20 codes.
  • Communication, Compliance, and Improvement: Facilitate effective communication for operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with standards for accuracy. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving enhancements in survey operations.

Main Duties

  • Asset Management: Administer all asset and PPM changes across the Morrisons Daily estate ensuring timely updates. Provide oversight to the management of asset tags and issue tags to various parties for use in the field.
  • Planned Maintenance: Identify and assign planned maintenance for all in-scope assets. Work closely with the Planned Maintenance Co-ordination team to ensure implementation of plans.
  • Quality Control: Check asset data input and output information, rectifying inaccuracies to maintain data integrity.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate on strategic planning, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance survey processes and overall efficiency.
  • Data Management: Oversee the collection of data, ensure quality assurance, and manage data related to assets.
  • Problem Resolution: Address issues during asset survey operations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Customer Reporting: Assist in producing customer-facing reports such as Forward Maintenance Plans, Lifecycle reports, Asset Condition reports, CAPEX investment reports, and ad-hoc reports based on asset data.

Qualifications

  • Excellent MS Office 365 skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in CAFM systems such as Concept Evolution.

Experience

  • Familiarity with the industry or sector in which asset management operations are conducted.
  • Previous experience in asset management, including data collection, analysis, and quality assurance.
  • Experience in coordinating on-site logistics and managing resources efficiently.
  • Understanding and experience in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Involvement in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in reporting and analysis.
  • Highly organised and detail-focused.
