At Pasta Evangelists, we believe pasta makes everything better. We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Team Member to join our fast-paced team. As a Team Member you will support the Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the site located within the airport. Your role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting the overall success of the site.
Opening hours: from 2:00am to 10:00pm from Monday to Sunday
What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists:
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to travellers.
- Assist customers with menu inquiries, take orders accurately, and ensure prompt service delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of beverages and food items according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
- Follow food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, credit card payments, and provide customers with receipts.
- Maintain accountability for cash drawers and reconcile sales at the end of shifts.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking products, monitoring expiration dates, and communicating inventory needs to supervisors.
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the site, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste properly.
- Follow sanitation protocols to ensure a safe food environment.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist teammates during busy periods, communicate effectively, and support a positive team environment.
