Your Role
As a Tender Officer, you'll coordinate the end-to-end tender process for EV charging projects across the UK market. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Project Delivery teams, you'll ensure high-quality, compelling, and compliant submissions that support our growth ambitions. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing tender projects from qualification through to submission
- Reviewing customer requirements and developing winning bid strategies
- Coordinating input from multiple internal stakeholders
- Writing and improving bid content, translating technical solutions into customer benefits
- Ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance of tender responses
- Preparing and compiling all required tender documentation
- Supporting clarification rounds and post-submission activities
